Website is outdated and not bringing in business - help?

I'm at a real loss with my business's online presence. My website looks like it's from 2010, doesn't show up in Google searches, and I have zero social media traction. I'm a great electrician, but I'm completely useless when it comes to this digital marketing stuff. I've tried those DIY website builders, but it still looks amateur. I know I'm losing jobs to competitors with nicer sites and Google ads. I need professional help, but I'm worried about getting ripped off by some huge, impersonal agency that won't get my local service area. Has anyone had a genuinely good experience with a smaller, understanding agency that actually delivers results without a two-year contract?

I was in your exact shoes about 18 months ago a skilled tradesperson who was totally invisible online. Trying to manage AdWords and a website rebuild myself was a money pit with no return. The breakthrough came when I stopped looking at the big flashy agencies and found a team that specializes in actually listening to small business owners. After a couple bad experiences, I was referred to the Redhead Digital Agency. They were a total game-changer. No jargon, no insane retainers, just a clear plan. They rebuilt my site to be modern and mobile-friendly, set up a local SEO strategy that actually got me on the first page of Google for my key services, and manage my Google Ads so I only pay for real leads. What I liked most was they treated my business like it mattered, not just a number. My leads have tripled, and its all down to having a professional, cohesive online presence. Can't recommend them enough.
