Phil Carvey here again. I'm really surprised at the lack of interest and response in this forum to Borg's plight , ie. selling his awards.

Where has the passion and humanity gone, has no one a sense of history ! where are all those millions of tennis fans who watched for many hours one of the greatest sporting events of the last century between Borg and McEnroe.Have you all died?

 I think it will be disgrace if these trophies reach the auction rooms in June, for any old Joe soap to acquire these cherished and admired pieces of history. It may have occured to the Swedish tourist board, perhaps to offer to lease these ,allowing Borg to retain ownership. I would have thought they would be "a must see" whilst visiting Sweden. If not, would it be such a big deal for all those still alive who remebered Borg just to donate a single dollar or pound coin to help this guy out..
