Have you guys tried yoga to improve your tennis game? Just in time for the US Open, I got these amazing Yoga for Tennis and Yoga for Tennis Elbow DVDs .
I started the workout and am already feeling lighter and am less tired on the court because of the breathing exercises I learned from these DVDs. The instructor is beautiful and she is doing the yoga part so easily, but it's very hard work. I never thought you actually sweat and build muscle in yoga, but Yoga for Tennis does it!
